Kellee started her yoga journey in college when she was introduced to her first yoga class. Yoga carried her through 2 pregnancies and with this interest in yoga she completed her first 200 hour teacher training in 2012. After becoming certified, her passion hit the streets as she opened Main St. Yoga in 2013 in downtown Placerville. She continued on and became certified in 500 hour embodied yoga and additional teacher trainings including yin yoga totaling over 700+ hours. She created a safe space that is serene, calm and inviting. Once you set foot in the door you become part of the yoga community. Whether it’s your first class or you’ve been practicing for years, Main St. Yoga has classes for you. Kellee brings a sense of play, balance, and core strength building. to her classes, yes did she mention core work. She teaches Vinyasa, Easy Flow, & Yin classes. She incorporates mindfulness and grounding into her classes. As she is also a Chopra Certified Meditation Teacher, Chopra Certified Ayurveda Teacher, Food Matters Certified Nutrition Coach and Chopra Certified Well-Being Coach. Her offerings are either one-on-one or a workshop group style.
In her free time you can find her spending time with her family at the beach or up in the mountains, as nature calls.
