Located in the heart of Downtown Placerville, CA, we are Placerville’s premier yoga studio established in 2013.  We are proud to offer yoga classes 7 days a week designed for all levels.  Whether you are a beginner or advanced or somewhere in-between, we have classes for you. Upon entering our studio, you will feel welcomed and an immediate part of our yoga community. Our teachers have so much to offer and will work directly with any needs you may have. In Addition to yoga, we have so much to offer to fulfill your wellness needs, meditation, Ayurveda, well-being coaching, Massage, facials,  ionic foot baths, sound healing, yoga teacher training, & private one on one yoga sessions.

Why Yoga?

Classes We Teach

Our Studio offers a variety of yoga classes 7 days a week.

A Vinyasa Flow class includes breath, movement, holding poses, and balancing poses to create strength, internal heat, and flexibility.
A way to explore a yoga practice to fit you and your needs. A beginning class to make you feel comfortable. Modifications and props can be used.
Yin
Restores/maintains natural lubrication and mobility of the joints while working with specific meridians of the body to achieve optimum organ health.
All of us can benefit from yoga, even if we have mobility restrictions, or are recovering from illness/injury.
Accessible to all practitioners regardless of flexibility, strength, age, or experience
A mixed style class incorporating vinyasa as well as yin
A Free 60 minute Easy Flow class to give back to our community 🙂
This class will incorporate creative sequencing at just the right pace to center you and to prepare you for your day.
This class is specifically designed to calm the nervous system so that we can experience true rest and rejuvenation.

Enjoy a relaxing evening with Kelly Clark. Beginning with gentle Restorative Yoga movement, moving into restful Yoga Nidra, followed with an intoxicating sound bowl ceremony. "Yoga Nidra is a revitalizing exercise that gives total rest to the mind, brain, nervous system, senses, and body. Except through meditation and Yoga Nidra, one cannot give rest to the totality of the mind" -Swami Rama Bring your mat/blanket as you are guided through a meditation that results in a deep state of relaxation. Gentler yoga class designed to make beginners feel comfortable and explore yoga through poses, breath, and connecting with the body. No experience necessary but this class also offers strengthening to those with experience and offers a way to modify in any class. All Levels welcome, bring those who may be interested in getting started in a yoga practice or those fine tuning their yoga practice. This is a FREE class

Holotropic Breath Work with Stephanie Dawn

Discover your inner landscape within your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Notice your state of being altered by your state of breathing. Receive guidance to challenge beyond the borders of self limiting patterns. Release tension, release self, release breath and practice regulating the autonomic nervous system. Breath connects us to our inner nature and when we activate these practices we gain greater connection to all nature. No experience needed, only requirement is to come as you are. This is a 90 minute class where we will focus on Transformation, breathing to transform energy for healing and integrating with conscious connected breathing and more practices. $40 Every first Friday of the month
